Azide聽and amine聽conjugated PEG-OH 聽(Azide amine-PEG-OH) is a trifunctional PEG derivative, which has azide聽and amine聽group sharing one PEG end and hydroxyl group on the other end. Multiple entities聽may be linked together 聽by 聽NSP鈥檚 trifunctional PEGs.

Amine group can react with carboxylic acid and its active esters, and isocyanates. It 聽can also react with carbonyl such as ketone and aldehyde.

Azide聽were used to react azide group 鈥渃lick鈥?chemistry in mild condition, which is very useful for bioconjugation.

OH can be further derivatized for聽bioconjugation.
